Hello love sorry this is random i'd just like to say for a first royal icing attempt you did amazingly possibly better then me and i've been studying it for two years!

Aww, thanks so much! It was a very trying experience to say the least! The part I didn’t anticipate was the royal icing transfer would react to frosting placed on a fondant cake. LESSON LEARNED.

Thanks for the kind words! I’ve been wanting to study patisserie for a long time but haven’t had the confidence to try my hand at culinary school.

I really don’t know if I have goals anymore. I try to do my job the best I can and be nice to people. I bake sometimes…draw sometimes. But there’s not really anything I’m striving to achieve other than being a parent someday.

I don’t even listen to music as much as I use to. Never thought that would happen! Is it possible to be in a rut without being sad or depressed? Because I’m really happy with where things are…I just feel like I should be doing something more than whatever it is that fills my days.

Ya know?
