No More Runnin'

So, I just learned my co-worker likes to eat raw bacon and ground turkey. ARE YOU SERIOUS? How is she still alive?!

On this day last year Cooper and I made our relationship official and began to enjoy all the awesome things that come with being boyfriend-girlfriend. Only 3 months after that we were engaged!

Our wedding is less than four months away and I can honestly say that this has been the most honest, mature and wonderful relationship I’ve ever had. Being in love is better than bacon!

(Well…I mean, it’s close.)

how freaking much I enjoyed the Bon Iver show last night? To be honest, I was completely skeptical of the newest album release because For Emma, Forever Ago holds a special (and very tender) place in my heart. After months of swaying on decisions, I finally gave the newest album a go and was surprised by what I heard. 

Last night validated my love for all things awesome. Justin Vernon’s voice was on point (per usual) and his band? Oh my holy crap. His BAND was the show stopper. Horns, drums, sax and chimes. It was like bacon came to life, learned to play guitar and put on a concert in the most beautiful opera house in Dallas.

I digress, I was a giddy school girl. Nothing was more exciting than getting to finally experience “Re: Stacks”, “For Emma” and “Skinny Love” in person. 

Just talking about it makes my stomach fill with butterflies. Hot damn!
