I know I don’t post too many personal things regarding how much I have trouble with my weight, but being around such beautiful people during the holidays really makes me want to focus on being a better person and taking care of myself.
Earlier this year I was on the Atkins diet and lost a whopping 15-20 pounds! It was nuts and insanely difficult. The food deprivation left me depressed and on edge. But I was thinner!
This time of year always blows my mind because I am the foodiest of foodies. Holidays are the perfect time to have a “no shits” kind of attitude. Buuuut I am getting married in less than two months and the last thing I want is a photo album full of chubby arms and double chins.
I’m going to attempt Caveman diet and get my eating habits back on track. I really am hopeful this will work and I’m lucky enough to have my fiancé attempting this with me. No more carbs, sugar or…bacon. Best/worst decision ever? We shall see.
